 La Caravelle is a small family hotel located in the heart of Limousin, located on the edge of Lake Vassivière, which offers its thousand hectares of navigable space on the edge of the Millevaches plateau. The hotel has rooms on two floors, all overlooking the lake and each enjoying an east-facing loggia with unobstructed views of the sunrises. All rooms have en suite bathroom with WC. Always facing the lake, a few rooms, equipped in the same way, are available in the small residence on the ground floor of the hotel, with direct access to the beach monitored in summer. Four of them are communicating two by two and are particularly suitable for families. In the dining room, which also offers panoramic views of the lake, guests can enjoy Limousin beef, freshwater fish and other chef specialties in a modern, soft-colored setting. In summer, enjoy the outdoor terraces by the water's edge. All around the hotel, by the lake, you can practice most water sports, fishing predators, take the footpath on foot or by bike and start long walks in the forest, pick mushrooms, discover a specific flora and beautiful landscapes evolving with the seasons . In summer you can take the time to enjoy a pancake or ice cream on one of the terraces of the creperie in one of the many outdoor lounges. From the private dock of the hotel, you can go on one of our pedal boats or in one of our boats without license to survey the lake or indulge in the practice of fishing.
